Once a month, the entire membership sits down for lunch in one room. It is the same day every month — the second Tuesday — so it earns a permanent place on your calendar instead of competing for one. Each gathering pairs a seated meal with a featured speaker worth the drive: local leaders, business owners, and voices shaping Jacksonville.

A big room is great for meeting people and terrible for getting to know them. Small Group Gatherings solve that. A member hosts a handful of others at a local restaurant — breakfast, lunch, or dinner — and for an hour or two the table is small enough that everyone actually talks.

New gatherings are posted continuously, hosted by different members at different spots around Jacksonville. You pick the ones that fit your schedule and claim a seat.

• Real conversation. Small tables get past the elevator pitch and into what you're actually working on.
• People you'd otherwise miss. You'll sit beside members you'd never have crossed paths with in a room of two hundred.

Workshops, panels & roundtables

Networking opens the door; capability is what you do once you're through it. Educational Gatherings are our working sessions — focused workshops, panels, and roundtables on the things that actually move a business: sales, leadership, marketing, hiring, finance, and the operational problems every owner runs into.

Most sessions are led by members who do the work for a living, which means the advice is specific, local, and free of theory you can't apply on Monday.
